Neeed Directory is a curated directory of 1,600+ tools for developers, designers and makers, built and run by Supacat, an independent product studio. Visitors browse by category, tag and label; makers list their software or digital product so it can be found on Google and in AI answers.

Neeed Directory is built and operated by Supacat, an independent product studio. The directory is funded by one-time Premium listings and two 30-day ad placements sold directly; there is no ad network on the site.

The numbers

1,600+ live listings and 2,400+ members. The public stats page charts visitors and pageviews over the last 30 days; the API page counts the calls the API and the MCP server answered.

How listings are reviewed

Every submission passes an automatic check against the listing guidelines the moment it is sent. A listing the check accepts is live right away, whichever plan was picked. Anything the check cannot vouch for waits for a person, who publishes it, asks for changes or declines it with a reason the maker reads on their dashboard. Free listings are rechecked for their badge; a badge that stays gone hides the listing until it is back.

The catalog is readable from code: a JSON API described by an OpenAPI document, an MCP server for Claude, Cursor and any other Model Context Protocol client, and RSS feeds. No key is needed; requests are limited per IP.
