YYLO Ledger

YYLO Ledger is a local source of truth for task intent, status, blockers, responses, and commit evidence. It stores task information directly in Git, tracks dependencies between work items, and outputs data in formats suitable for scripts and agents. It's designed for teams coordinating coding agents and human developers on shared work.

It stores canonical task state in reviewable repository files, retains opt-in hash-chained history, and uses SQLite only as a disposable cache. Ledger supports dependencies, ready-work discovery, commit-linked completion, structured output, integrity checks, typed Records, and cold archives.
